Another year another degree recital…. A special way to start the year performing with the Naples Philharmonic, including masterworks and a powerful premiere by @blacknificentseven with @kikislacksoprano. It was extra meaningful to me as it was the first time in over 10 years my mom heard me perform live, and I finally got to meet fellow GSU alum and fantastic composer @carlos_simon_music. 2025 is gone and man it feels like a lifetime…. New friends and old friends in the big apple for two fun packed weeks. July 🫶 Been a little obsessed with this one the past few days… Verne Reynolds really didn’t hold back here 🫠 but hey, we love a good challenge! Still a bit under tempo but progress is progress I’ve been neglecting etudes (and the gym) lately which clearly shows 😂
